All fixed-headlight NSXs benefit from a host of upgrades that Acura bestowed on the venerable mid-engined sportscar. That means more ponies under the hood, a wider rear track, a revised anti-roll bar for better handling, and improved aerodynamics for a higher top speed. Of course, Acura has only improved upon a winning formula, and the tractable V6 still barks ferociously right behind the driver’s head, the silky shifter still swaps gears with a flick of the wrist, and the all-aluminum coupe will leap forward with vigor as you approach the 7,500 RPM redline. It’s clear that the NSX manages to give supercar performance with none of the drawbacks, preserving drivability and livability in a single stunning package.
