Greg Murphy’s won the Bathurst 1000 four times (one of only nine racers to win the Bathurst this many times or more), so he certainly knows his way around a V8 Supercar. And the #11 car is certainly a worthy choice, starting the 2011 season wrapped in unique artwork intended to “Cool the Burn” (a slogan that’s part of Pepsi’s local advertising). It’s a riot of blue, green, and rust-red colors intended to be visually impactful, but incidentally it shows off the lines of the VE Commodore well—it’s a good looking car that manages to wear race livery while preserving a lot of the flavor of the road-going car, something that doesn’t happen in silhouette racing series. Not that you’ll spend much time in this car looking at the paintjob—the close racing and hardcore rivalries in V8 Supercar racing are sure to transfer over to Forza 4, so you should keep your eyes split between the track and your mirrors as you hurtle the Holden around any of Forza’s tracks.
